These Terms of Use / End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IronEx mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using IronEx, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"IronEx," "we," "us," and "our" refer to:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use IronEx. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• If acting on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization

IronEx is not intended for minors.

2. Description of the Service

IronEx is a sentiment-driven educational platform designed to enable structured engagement around antisemitism, antizionism, anti-Israel, and related subject matter.

Features may include:

• Educational content and modules
• Sentiment-selection engagement tools
• Live or scheduled digital events
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics
• AI-assisted screening and content classification
• Third-party integrations

All outputs are contextual, non-determinative, and provided solely for educational and safety-oriented purposes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time in our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features require registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for account activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Prohibited content includes:

• Harassment or threats
• Hate speech
• Incitement to violence
• Targeting individuals or protected groups
• Manipulation of moderation systems

Violations may result in removal or termination without notice.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

IronEx uses automated systems and human review.

We review flagged content within 24 hours.

IronEx does not undertake a duty to monitor all content and does not guarantee removal of all objectionable material. Moderation decisions are made in our sole discretion.

6. Reporting and Blocking

Users may flag content and block other users. Blocking prevents further interaction.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Post defamatory or infringing content
• Use scraping tools
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Circumvent moderation systems

8. Intellectual Property

All platform materials are owned by or licensed to Token Land, LLC.

9. User-Generated Content; Section 230; DMCA; Legal Requests

9.1 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for User Content. You represent that your content:

• Complies with law
• Does not infringe rights
• Is not defamatory

IronEx does not guarantee accuracy or legality of user submissions.

9.2 Section 230 Protection

IronEx is an "interactive computer service" under 47 U.S.C. § 230. IronEx:

• Does not create User Content
• Is not the publisher or speaker of User Content
• Does not endorse User Content

IronEx shall not be liable for User Content, including defamation or unlawful speech claims.

9.3 License

You grant IronEx a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and process User Content, including anonymized use.

Valid notices must include required statutory elements. IronEx may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices require signature, statement under penalty of perjury, and Florida jurisdiction consent.

9.5 Legal Requests; Subpoena Compliance

IronEx may disclose information in response to:

• Subpoenas
• Court orders
• Warrants
• Government demands

We may notify users where permitted. We may preserve records in response to litigation holds. We may disclose information to prevent imminent harm. IronEx is not obligated to challenge legal process. We may seek reimbursement of compliance costs where permitted.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. No Professional Advice

Content is informational only. No reliance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Provided "AS IS."

13. Assumption of Risk

You use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

Liability capped at greater of $100 or amounts paid in prior 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Token Land, LLC from claims arising from your content or violations.

16. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida. No class actions. Jury trial waived.

17. Governing Law

Florida law governs.

18. Survival

Key provisions survive termination.

This Privacy Policy explains how IronEx collects, uses, and protects information.
